앱에서 삭제하기

1. KidsGlow 앱을 실행하고 로그인합니다
2. 설정 탭을 엽니다
3. 계정 관리를 선택합니다
4. 내 계정 삭제하기를 누르고 안내를 확인합니다

삭제는 즉시 처리되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

이메일로 요청하기

앱을 사용할 수 없다면 support@kidsglow.app 으로 요청해 주세요. 제목을 계정 삭제 요청으로 하고, 가입에 사용한 이메일 주소 또는 로그인 방식(Apple · Google · Kakao)을 적어 주세요. 본인 확인 후 30일 이내에 처리하고 결과를 회신드립니다.

삭제되는 데이터

• 계정 정보 — 이름, 이메일, 프로필 사진
• 위치 정보와 이동 기록
• 서클 참여 정보 — 삭제와 동시에 서클에서 제외되며, 다른 멤버에게 회원님의 위치가 더 이상 표시되지 않습니다
• 등록한 장소, 안전구역, 알림 설정
• 앱 사용 기록

보관되는 데이터

법령상 보관 의무가 있는 기록은 해당 기간 동안 보관한 뒤 파기합니다. 구체적인 항목과 기간은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

Delete your KidsGlow account and data

Delete in the app

1. Open KidsGlow and sign in
2. Go to Settings
3. Select Account management
4. Tap Delete my account and confirm

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Request by email

If you cannot use the app, email support@kidsglow.app with the subject Account deletion request and the email address or sign-in method (Apple, Google, or Kakao) you used. We verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Account details — name, email, profile photo
• Location data and history
• Circle membership — you are removed from your Circles and your location is no longer visible to other members
• Saved places, safe zones, and notification settings
• App usage records

What is retained

Records we are legally required to keep are retained for the period required by law and then destroyed. See the Privacy Policy for details.
